I can comfirm 45,28Just west of X-Roads in the hut. Follow the road west towards Stonelon Mountains and you will run right into it. (almost inbetween X-Roads and the Stonelon Mts)

Head out of the Crossroads on the road leading west to the Stonetalon Mountains. Deathgate is an Orc in a camp right off the road on the north side. This quest leads right into the quest called the Kolkar of Desolace. At level 32 I got 650 experience and a slight faction increase with Ogrimmar.Comment by Slavrix

If you're coming from Barrens, you should get this quest from Belgrom Rockmaul while doing The Swarm Grows.You can also get it from Nazgrel (currently not listed on Wowhead).
Description
A warrior of the Horde, Regthar Deathgate, is recruiting agents for a mission into the land of Desolace. Speak with him if you wish to volunteer. He is stationed in the Barrens, in a series of bunkers west of the Crossroads.And sharpen your weapons. Desolace is a place torn by war.
